REFUND POLICY

If you have any issues or questions concerning your order please feel free to contact us at vmainkart@gmail.com.

RETURN PROCESS

  • All products are made-to-order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

  • Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item from your original order. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we'll happily offer a free reprint or refund.

  • We have a 30 day return policy from the day of delivery.

  • To start your return process, please contact us at vmainkart@gmail.com. Please include your order number and an a clear photo of the issue. We will notify you if the item has been approved for a refund or not. 

  • Once approved it can take up to 7 business day to issue a refund to your original payment method used at checkout. 

  • Approved reprints will be processed within 2-3 business days.


CARE & DAMGE DISCLAIMER

  • Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment tag for best long term result.​

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing of garments.
